Our Use of Screen Printing
We use the process of screen printing in order to decorate your apparel or your clients apparel. The process of screen printing accounts for the majority of the individual apparel pieces we produce in our facility in Ottawa. Before you can start seeing the actual design screen printing on apparel, there are multiple steps that need to happen before being ready to print the apparel.

With a Proven Process
The process of embroidery is done with an electrical computer sewing machine called an embroidery machine that is capable of going up to 1200 stitches per minute. The embroidery machine uses needle and thread in order to sew points with a variety of stitch styles in order to make every stitch complete a portion of the embroidered design.
Available With a Wide Variety
Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread colours and they are often pantone matched perfectly to your brand or customers brand guidelines. Our favorite embroidery thread consists of polyester.
